We also cover Vancouver, Canada. That spans the West Coast, the Northeast corridor, and now the Southwest, with more states in progress behind the scenes.

Why Arizona, and What Comes Next

Coverage expansion follows demand from reps and dealerships who want JOEY and do not yet have it where they are. Arizona has a large, active dealer market, and it was next in line for the compliance and coverage work needed to bring it online properly.

The list keeps growing. If your state is not on it yet, that does not mean it is not coming, it means the compliance groundwork for it has not been finished. We would rather ship a state once it is done right than rush ahead of the rules that protect both the dealership and the customer.
