JOEY (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI-powered outreach automation platform for automotive dealerships (“the Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Authorized Use
You represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal authority to contact the customers whose information you upload, (b) you have obtained all necessary consents required by applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act, and (c) your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
