- 10 active Joeys under you and your subscription is free. The discount stacks and stops at 100%.
- Past your 5th, every new one pays you $50 a month. On top of the discount, for as long as they stay on a paid plan.
- It counts when they pay, not when they sign up. And if they leave, it stops. Both sides track people who are active and paying right now.
JOEY Virtual Machine (VPS)
JOEY Virtual Machine (VPS) is a $39 per month add-on. It gives your account dedicated hardware time, set aside just for you, for maximum stability and uptime. It targets a 24/7 duty cycle, so you are covered at all times of day. VPS is included with plans $500 per month and up. On lower plans, it can be added for $39 per month.

Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required and nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Refunds follow our refund policy. KYC identity verification is required before outreach begins.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no partial refund for the rest of that period. Your data and settings are preserved. Charges are final except for a billing error, a duplicate charge, or where the law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived. If you created your JOEY account, or started your trial or subscription, on or before October 8, 2026, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to your first charge, as described in section 5 of our refund policy.
Can prices change?
Yes. MADITECH can change prices at any time, at its sole discretion and for any reason. A new price applies to new purchases once it is posted, and to an existing subscription from the renewal after we notify you, so you can cancel before then. Details are in our Terms of Service.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
How does the upgrade pathway work?
On monthly, Stripe prorates automatically. You're credited for unused days and only charged the difference. On yearly, unused time is credited toward your new annual price. On lifetime, your original payment is a full credit toward the higher tier's one-time price. You never pay twice for the same period.
What is a lifetime purchase?
Pay once and use JOEY forever at that tier, with no monthly or yearly renewal. Lifetime pricing is set at 18x the monthly price, so it pays for itself in under two years. You can upgrade by paying only the gap to the next tier.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once per year and save 31% versus paying monthly for twelve months. That is nearly four months free every year. Your subscription renews annually and you can switch back to monthly at renewal.
What is KYC verification?
Before JOEY sends automated outreach for you, we verify your identity and your business. This is part of meeting carrier and messaging rules. We will tell you when it is complete.
