What it tracks
The Appointment Tracker card on your dashboard shows a next-up reminder for your soonest appointment, the full list of upcoming appointments, and an inline form to add a new one. It tracks every appointment whether JOEY set it through outreach or you added it yourself.
Automatic confirmation and reminders
Once an appointment is on the books, JOEY automatically confirms with the customer the day before and again the morning of, without any manual follow-up from you. This is built specifically to cut no-shows, since a confirmed customer who hears from you twice before their visit is far more likely to actually show.
If a customer misses an appointment anyway, a recovery sequence fires to re-engage them rather than letting the lead go cold. And for appointments set weeks out, JOEY keeps the lead warm in the meantime instead of going silent until the date arrives.
Detection and alerts
When a customer confirms a time, JOEY pings you within seconds so you know a slot just got booked without having to check the dashboard yourself.
