Connecting DriveCentric

How JOEY reads your DriveCentric leads and where the connection is set up.

Why DriveCentric first

JOEY built its DriveCentric integration first because it is where a large share of the salespeople we talk to actually work. A deep integration is a meaningfully different experience than a browser sidekick bolted on next to a CRM. Reading real lead context directly and logging activity back into the system you already trust is what makes JOEY feel native instead of another tab you have to remember to check.

What JOEY reads

JOEY reads lead details, vehicle interest, pipeline stage, and any existing notes from you or a coworker, so it can send relevant first messages and avoid stepping on a conversation someone else is already handling. It also checks who owns a lead and whether a manager or coworker note says the customer is already being taken care of, so it does not message someone who has already been handled elsewhere.

Setting up the connection

The DriveCentric connection itself, meaning linking JOEY to your dealership's live DriveCentric login, is finished by our team during onboarding rather than something you configure from the dashboard. Once it is active, JOEY starts working leads according to your schedule and voice settings without any further setup from you.

Does JOEY replace DriveCentric?

No. DriveCentric stays your dealership's CRM and system of record. JOEY is a personal assistant that works on top of it, handling outreach and follow-up so you cover more leads. You can pause JOEY on any individual lead at any time, and DriveCentric remains the single source of truth for the deal.

Other CRMs

Landing pages exist today describing how JOEY would work with Tekion, CDK, VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket, and Promax, but the live, built integration right now is DriveCentric. If your store runs a different CRM, DriveCentric is the template for what a full integration looks like, and it is the pattern we are building toward for the rest of that list. Treat any other CRM as coming soon, not available today.
