Schedule Controls: Extra Time and Overtime

Set your normal working hours, plus optional Extra Time and Overtime windows for JOEY to work outside them.

Your normal week

Every account starts with a default schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday and Sunday off. You can edit the on/off state and the start and end time for each day individually from your Account settings, and JOEY only reaches out to customers during the hours you set.

Extra Time

Extra Time is a second, independent schedule layered on top of your normal week. It starts fully off for every day, so nothing changes until you turn it on. Toggle it from your dashboard to let JOEY work an additional window beyond your normal hours, for example if you want coverage a little later in the evening.

Overtime

Overtime works the same way as Extra Time, a separate off-by-default schedule you can toggle on when you want JOEY covering even more hours, for example weekend outreach on a day your normal schedule has off. Extra Time and Overtime toggles live right on your dashboard, and both save immediately when you flip them.

How this interacts with compliance

Your schedule controls when JOEY works on your behalf specifically. It always operates inside the hard federal quiet hours floor as well, so widening your own schedule never overrides the legal send-time floor described in Coverage and Compliance.
