The board
The Deal Tracker at /deals is a stage-grouped pipeline board. Every deal card shows the customer, vehicle, trade or KBB value, source, and any notes you add, and you move a deal forward by changing its stage.
The stages
Deals move through seven stages in order: New, Contacted, Appointment, Showed, Negotiating, Sold, and Lost. That mirrors how a deal actually progresses on the floor, from a fresh lead through to a closed or lost outcome.
Syncing across devices
The Deal Tracker syncs to your account through JOEY's backend so your board follows you across devices. If that connection is ever unavailable, the page falls back to storing your deals locally in that browser only, and shows a banner telling you so. Every action still works in that fallback mode, it just will not appear on another device until the sync is back.
