Coverage: States and Compliance
Which states JOEY covers today, and the compliance guardrails that apply everywhere.
States covered today
JOEY currently covers 15 US states: Washington, California, Oregon, Idaho, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Nevada, and Arizona, plus the Vancouver, Canada market. Your state is set during signup, since state-specific rules can affect exactly how outreach is handled.
If your dealership is outside this list today, treat it as coming soon rather than available now. Coverage has expanded steadily and continues to expand.
TCPA opt-out, everywhere
Every account, in every covered state, enforces TCPA opt-out handling. The moment a customer replies STOP or an equivalent, JOEY honors it immediately and will not send that customer another marketing message. This is a starter-tier, always-on compliance guardrail, not an optional add-on.
Quiet hours
JOEY enforces quiet hours on every send, keeping automated outreach inside the legal window rather than the edges of your own configured schedule. Your Extra Time and Overtime windows described in Schedule Controls widen when JOEY is allowed to work, they never widen past the quiet-hours floor.
What else is guarded
Beyond opt-out and quiet hours, JOEY keeps a compliance audit trail and a consent ledger on every account, and it double-checks its own outbound messages before they go out. These guardrails apply the same way across every state JOEY currently covers.
