The Autodialer Queue

A TCPA-gated power dialer that works your call queue one lead at a time.

How it paces calls

The autodialer places one call per interval rather than blasting a list, and it enforces a hard 8 AM to 9 PM window on every call regardless of any other setting, matching the federal TCPA quiet hours floor.

Holding for live conversations

The dialer's hold scales to its pace automatically, and it pauses the instant a call turns into a live, connected conversation, so it never talks over you or interrupts a customer who actually picked up.

Resuming where it left off

If the dialer is paused or interrupted, it resumes from exactly the point it stopped rather than restarting the queue, so nobody on your list gets re-dialed by mistake and nobody gets skipped.

Who controls it

The dialer's admin on/off switch and pace control are dealership-owner controls, visible on the master account's dashboard in the operator (BASE) view. Individual salespeople see a read-only view of dialer activity as part of their normal dashboard, not the controls themselves.
