The Send Stats Dashboard breaks this down further: texts and emails sent against your goal, refreshed every cycle so the numbers are never stale.
No black box
The point of surfacing this live is that nothing runs as a black box. You see every call, text, and email as it happens, which lead is currently being worked, rolling output gauges, and a frame-by-frame view of the dialer in action. If something stalls, a stale-data alarm tells you, so you are never left guessing whether JOEY is actually working.
Customer history
The Customer History Viewer on your dashboard shows the full contact history for any customer in-dashboard, so you do not have to flip back to a separate CRM tab just to see what JOEY already said to someone.
